Troubleshooting
The STS 6000 | 7000 P-35 is a passive fuel maintenance system that removes water, sludge, and other contaminants from fuel storage tanks through routine passive filtration. The system’s NEMA 4 rated enclosure allows for both outdoor and indoor installations by protecting the system from windblown dust and rain, hose directed water, and ice formations. With a max flow rate of 30 GPM, the STS 6000 | 7000 P-35 can polish up to 14,400 gallons (54,500 liters) of fuel in a runtime of 8-hours. Robust system upgrade options are available for this system and are outlined below.

System Features:

Automated Filtration
Establish a runtime schedule in tandem with an external pump for passive routine filtration
Smart System Alarms
Automatic system shutdown with notifications of needed maintenance or system faults
Remote Monitoring
Available system integration with external monitoring systems for observation of system statuses
NEMA 4 Rated Enclosure
Protect the system from windblown dust and rain, hose directed water, and ice formations
Touchscreen Controller *
Modify runtime schedules and system settings with an intuitive user interface

System Options:

NEMA 4X Rated Enclosure
Gain additional protection against corrosion with a stainless steel enclosure
Enclosure Heater
Prevent the build up of condensation inside the system enclosure due to temperature changes
Auto Water Drain (AWD)
Automatically drain water separator of collected water for decreased frequency of maintenance
Pressure Transmitter
Replace standard pressure switch for detailed monitoring of pressure levels in the system
Flow Control
Control fuel flow rate within the system
* Only available on the 7000 series system. System upgrade may also be required for certain option combinations.
