Sales Representative

AXI International Corporation is currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join their team in Fort Myers, FL.


Job Description:

B2B and B2C Sales professionals, we are seeking an experienced fuel filtration sales representative for our headquarters in Fort Myers, Florida. This position will require a combination of prospecting/networking for new business while managing and expanding existing accounts. The position reports to the VP of Sales and will have regular interaction with engineering, marketing, and internal support teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling
  • Generating quotes
  • Meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives
  • Managing value added resellers and industry customers
  • Proactively listening to and understanding the customer’s needs to identify viable solutions and business opportunities
  • Utilizing value-added consultative selling techniques to capture business
  • Obtaining and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of AXI’s product line with the ability to fully demonstrate a technical understanding of the fuel maintenance/optimization process
  • Troubleshooting
  • Properly maintaining the CRM
  • Providing relevant reports to summarize the sales funnel and sales pipeline
  • Reporting of activity within the assigned territory, trends observed, and competitive actions needed to increase market penetration
  • Trade show attendance and participation
  • Other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 or more years of B2B and/or B2C sales experience (knowledge and experience in fuel filtration is highly desired)

Mechanical Engineer

AXI International Corporation is currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Fort Myers, FL.


This position is primarily responsible for researching, planning, documenting, and designing mechanical and electromechanical products and systems, and directs and coordinates activities involved in fabrication, operation, application, installation, and repair of mechanical or electromechanical products and systems by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Researches and analyzes data such as customer design proposal, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application.
  • Designs products or systems, such as instruments, controls, robots, engines, machines, and mechanical, thermal, hydraulic, or heat transfer systems.
  • Plans and directs engineering personnel in fabrication of test control apparatus and equipment and development of methods and procedures for testing products or systems.
  • Directs and coordinates fabrication and installation activities to ensure products and systems conform to engineering design and customer specifications.
  • Coordinates operation, maintenance, and repair activities to obtain optimum utilization of machines and equipment.
  • Utilizes technical writing skills in conjunction with visual depictions to develop clear operational plans and troubleshooting guides.

Executive Assistant

AXI International Corporation is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant for the daily needs of a successful CEO in both work and home life areas. Extensive global travel will be required, must be available after hours and weekends as needed.

The Executive Assistant provides daily support to the CEO of a multi-national corporation based in Ft. Myers, FL.  The primary responsibilities will be to support the daily needs of the CEO to include transportation, shopping, errands, managing his personal business and supporting daily corporate business activities including correspondence and calendar management. Responsible for coordinating all global travel arrangements as well as accompanying the CEO in all travels. Must be able to travel internationally on short notice with the possibility of traveling for 4+ weeks at a time. Must handle confidential information with discretion.
